Our special menu is exclusive to our food trailer and does not include all of our items from our catering menu. From time to time, we will showcase a few of our specialty items that you will enjoy. These dishes are crafted with fresh ingredients and are prepared with care, ensuring a delightful tasty experience for all our patrons. We believe that every meal should be a celebration of flavor, and we are excited to share these unique offerings with you.

Our team includes talented young entrepreneurs who are members of the Crossroads Youth Group. This initiative is led and mentored by Gary Wallace, a passionate advocate for the youth organization who is representing Holy Smokes. The program is to empowers them through hands-on experience in the food industry and the ins and outs of running a business.

To ensure efficient service during your visit, we kindly ask that you pre-order your meals ahead of time.
